What is the best way to reheat my boxen and how long will they last in the fridge?
Enjoy your boxen within 7 days of the prepared date on your tag, 3-5 days if it is a salad or seafood.
To microwave : remove any dressings or sauces to remain cold. Vent one corner of your box and set microwave for 2 - 3 minutes.
Internal temperature of the food should reach 165 degrees.
Handle container with caution as contents will be hot!

Feel free to add ingredients to better suit your individual taste - hot sauce, spicy peppers, extra cheese, etc!
Split your boxen into two servings by adding a little extra protein per portion each time you reheat.
Don't forget, we always have the option to double your protein which makes this step super simple!
If you prefer stove top, add your ingredients to a hot pan with a little olive oil - always heating to 165 degrees!

We use a variety of proteins in our boxen!
We are now using 5 ozs of protein per box along with a half cup of veggies and one cup of grains. If you double your protein, that's 10 ozs per box! We are also incorporating more whole grain blends into our boxes to add more nutrition!
